Access to nazuna ("the Service") is subject to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to be bound by the terms herein to use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and the nazuna operator ("we" or "us"). Should you disagree with the terms here, you may not access the Service.

The terms here apply equally whether you accessed nazuna through any method, be it an invite key or otherwise. Continuation of use after any revision to the terms here is a sign of acceptance thereof.

nazuna is a web-based automation service offered on an invitation-only basis. Validity is for set periods of time ("subscriptions"), which are outlined on the website or otherwise stated during onboarding.

The Service may change, stop working entirely, or become unavailable for any reason at any point in time without prior notification.

To use this Service, you must be 13 years old or older. By using nazuna, you warrant and represent that you are eligible to use the Service according to these terms.

nazuna is only accessible through an official admin invite key provided by us. Do not share your admin invite key or any login credentials for access to the Service with anyone under any circumstances. Doing so may lead to account termination.

You hereby agree not to use nazuna in any way which would:

• Be in violation of the terms of service or community guidelines of any third-party platform that you choose to connect to using nazuna; this includes harassing, spamming, threatening, or abusing other users on those platforms
• Involve sending unsolicited and malicious mass messages, including but not limited to phishing attacks
• Constitute evasion of platform-specific restrictions for ill intent
• Involve engaging in fraudulent activities of any kind or committing any deception or crimes
• Constitute exploitation of the Service or efforts to reverse engineer the Service's codebase
• Involve reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any access rights to the Service

Subscriptions to nazuna are made in exchange for a fixed price, with duration corresponding to the length of the subscription. Possible subscription durations include single day up to lifetime access.

• Auto-renewals: No, subscriptions automatically expire at the end.
• Refunds: No, access grants are non-refundable.
• Service interruption: We do not make any uptime guarantees. Any downtime is not a cause for refund or subscription extension.
• Price changes: May happen at any time. They don't affect your existing subscription cost.

Personal data collected and retained:

• Username and bcrypt hash of password
• Name and color/avatar preference
• Date of subscription expiry
• Your Service configurations as set inside the Service
• Timestamp of account creation

Personal data NOT collected and retained:

• Any third-party credentials provided by you, which are never stored to disk, log files, or anywhere else
• Content of messages sent on any third-party platforms
• Other personal information not mentioned here

Data retention: Personal data is stored until you delete your account, upon which request you can contact us. Your account deletion will also erase personal data.

Data sharing: We won't sell, lease, rent out, or otherwise make any third parties privy to your personal data unless mandated by the applicable law.

Security: Passwords are safely encrypted using the bcrypt algorithm. Admin endpoints may be accessed by whitelisted IP addresses only. Nevertheless, no system is completely invulnerable. Use the Service at your own risk.

In providing third-party credentials to nazuna, you agree to:

• Acknowledging risks associated with using your credentials in an automated environment
• Taking full responsibility for any and all repercussions, including but not limited to account suspension or deletion from the third-party platform
• Being authorized to use the third-party credentials you provided

It is advised that you read the ToS of any third-party platform before automating anything there using nazuna.

Using the Service is done "as-is" and "as-available". nazuna doesn't give any express or implied warranty in relation to the Service. The list isn't exhaustive but includes warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by the applicable law, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages including but not limited to:

• Any loss of access to a third-party account or platform
• Any missed events, chances, or opportunities
• Data losses due to a server failure or restart
• Damage caused by the usage or inability to use the Service

Our total liability to you in relation to these Terms or the Service, or arising out of or relating to any claim, is limited to the price paid for your subscription in the previous three months.

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notification, including as a result of violation of these Terms. Should your account get terminated:

• Your nazuna subscription becomes immediately void
• Any active session is interrupted
• Your configuration data may get wiped clean
• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription

You may terminate your account voluntarily at any time by contacting us.

Inquiries or requests regarding your terms of service or personal data should be made to us via our admin endpoint.

The Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law of the country in which the nazuna operator operates. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of such country.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any continued use of the Service after any such revisions will mean your acceptance to be legally bound by the new Terms.
